Included with this fee is your student welcome package. 2.All students are also required to pay a monthly administration fee of $2 that is charged annually from the month you start to the following September. These fees are non-refundable regardless of Summer vacations or withdrawal from lessons during the year. 3.There is a 2 month minimum commitment for all registered students. Afterwards, 30 days written notice is required to withdraw from lessons. Withdrawal notices must be received by the first week of the month and lessons will continue to the end of the month. Once the office receives your notification, all remaining post-dated cheques will be returned and automatic payments will be stopped. No refunds will be given for withdrawing from a semester package. 4.If you are enrolled in the Semester Package, payment is due in September and February. A post-dated cheque is required for the beginning of each semester. For those who wish to pay by credit card, no action is required by you as your tuition will be processed automatically at the beginning of the new semester. Lessons are available in the Summer for students that wish to continue for July and August as well. 5.If you are enrolled in the Monthly Package, accepted forms of payment are post-dated cheques or automatic monthly credit card withdrawals. If you wish to pay by cheque, monthly post-dated cheques are required from the month you start to the end of June. Lessons are available in the Summer for students that wish to continue for July and August as well. Please make all cheques payable to “Mozart School of Music®”. 6.Lessons that fall on statutory holidays will not be charged. For Christmas and Spring Break, if you do miss lessons due to vacation, your lessons will be made up to you at a convenient time. If you are enrolled in group classes, these lessons cannot be made up. Please refer to your School Calendar for dates. 7.NO make up lessons will be granted except due to illness and at least 24 hours notice has been given to cancel the lesson. NO EXCEPTIONS. Make up lessons are granted only at the discretion of the teacher and subject to time availability. 8.Once students select a time and date for their lessons, that lesson time is reserved for them and no one else will have access to it. Therefore, any changes to your schedule during the year will be subject to teacher availability only. If your schedule conflicts with your existing lesson time and your teacher is not able to find you a new time due to their busy schedule, you will still be liable for your lessons. 9.Please note that there will be a $30.00 service charge for all N.S.F. cheques.
